The Keys that open the Hebrew month of Kislev
The great mystic, called the Arizal, tells us that the spiritual force of each of the 12 months parallels one of the 12 tribes. For this month of December - Kislev, it is the tribe Benjamin, who was known for his unwavering faith in God and ability to battle evil. Like Benjamin, in order to defend what is right, we must stay grounded in faith and stay true to our values.
Sound Bath Gratitude
The Hebrew word for gratitude is hakarat ha’tov, which means “recognizing the good.” Gratitude is something you must practice, and it means calling to mind and being fully aware of the good that is already yours. I know from experience, “recognizing the good”, affirms life, gives hope, and frees my heart. Read on to learn how you can help your own gratitude grow.
